Registration fees (excluding late charges):

For residents of the Farmingdale School District, the fees due

at registration, including $40 of pre-paid chance books are:

$80 for the first child

$75 for the second child ($155 total)

$60 per child for each additional child registered at the same time.

Registration fees may be paid in cash or by check payable to FBLI

Out of district: Farmingdale Youth Council requires that

all non-residents pay a non-resident fee of $60 per family,

payable by separate check to: Farmingdale Youth Council.

If a fee has been paid within the past year, you may produce

your Youth Council receipt in lieu of payment.

Uniform Fees & Deposits, along with Umpire fees will be payable

at Uniform Distribution (April 2008).  Fees vary depending upon

child's age and umpire cost to the league.

A parent or guardian must be present to register the child. If a child being registered did not play in our organization during the 2007 season, a copy of the child's Birth Certificate must be submitted to the league at registration.

 The copy will be kept on file by the league.

Late registration Fees:

AFTER Jan.19th, registration will be taken at the FBLI "Shack"

(call before coming down - 516.249.7375)

There will be a $10 late fee until January 31st

A $25 late fee will be charged anytime thereafter.

Uniform logo apparel will be available for purchase at registration
